8. A chartered appraiser must promote all measures likely to improve the availability and quality of professional services in his field of practice.
The chartered appraiser must, among other things, promote all training or information designed to make such services known to the public and, at the request of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, participate in the implementation of such measures, unless he has serious cause not to do so.
